Profile
My favorite way to spend my time is with my family! We enjoy trying new restaurants, taking walks, and
spending time outside, but only when it’s warm and sunny! In the summer, we like to spend time Up
North with family and friends; watching the sun set over the lake is so peaceful. I am an adoptive mama
and I feel that both my work experiences and my personal experiences have truly led me to be in this
field. When I’m not chasing after my toddler, you can find me crafting, cooking, or shopping!
Education
Grand Valley State University, Bachelor of Science in Psychology

Experience
Most of my experience has been working with young children ages 0-5 and their caregivers, primarily in the home visiting setting. I have worked as an infant-mental health therapist for approximately 5 years prior to coming to Developmental Enhancement. Additionally, I have worked in pregnancy counseling and adoption, working both with birth parents and adoptive parents. I am passionate about helping children and families navigate the complexities of foster care and understanding the impacts it has on children’s behavior and development. I believe I have found my calling in Infant Mental Health and have seen this work benefit many families.
