Profile
I am a West Michigan native, currently living with my husband and pup in Kalamazoo, MI. I love to laugh, exploring and being active outdoors with my husband and dog, playing soccer and being competitive, cooking and baking, and spending time with family. I am a classic enneagram 6 and am always prepared for the worst possible scenario.
I love being a part of something bigger than myself and knowing that I can play a small part in bettering the lives of the families we serve and the individuals we employ. I believe everyone has a story to tell that I can learn from.

Experience
My professional journey began immediately upon graduating from Cornerstone, when I joined DE as a receptionist out of our Wyoming office. My days were filled with greeting families and handing out Play-Doh, balloons, and cuddles to kiddos. Within about a year, I moved into my current Assistant Human Resources Manager role which has taken many shapes throughout business and personal life transitions. Today, I love working behind the scenes to ensure that our teams are supported, advocated for, and are empowered to love what they do day in and day out while serving DE families.
