"Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all." - Aristotle
I am married to my loving husband and the owner to a large, Garfield-like cat. I love exploring the small local businesses and restaurants that Grand Rapids has to offer. I enjoy many outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, rock climbing, and biking. I spend most of my free time in the good company of family and friends.
University of Michigan, Master of Science in Clinical Health Psychology
Loyola University Chicago, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
Most of my experience up to this point has been in administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized psychological assessments. In 2015, I spent 6 months in a psychometry internship position at Children’s Hospital of Michigan in downtown Detroit where I administered and interpreted neuropsychological assessments in an epilepsy and traumatic brain injury clinic. After completing my Masters, I moved to Grand Rapids and began working part-time at The Center for Neuropsychology and Behavioral Health and part-time at Developmental Enhancement Behavioral Health. I continued my work in both clinics administering and interpreting neuropsychological assessments and began administering and interpreting Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnostic assessments as well. I am currently working full-time at Developmental Enhancement Behavioral Health administering ASD diagnostic assessments as well as providing individual psychotherapy sessions.
