Impossible is not a fact. Its an option. Impossible is not at declaration. Its a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. -Muhammad Ali

I grew up in Novi, Michigan with my wonderful family.  I was more than lucky to grow up with four siblings that are all very close in age, so we did everything together!  We grew up with a love for sports, family, food, and traveling.  These continue to remain some of my favorites. I live in Grand Haven with my husband and our two dogs, a Saint Bernard, Rue, and Saint Berdoodle, Ellie.  We enjoy learning and trying new things together, spending time up north, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

I began my career working as a community living support staff, supporting individuals with mental and physical disabilities learn skills to become more independent.  I absolutely loved seeing the progress people were able to make when provided opportunities and tools to be successful.  Through this experience, I was introduced to ABA and fell in love.  I completed my practicum hours in Detroit.  After, I returned to West Michigan and began working as a BCBA and eventually the clinical director of ABA services at a non-profit for young children and adults in Muskegon.  A desire to transition back to a more clinical role brought me to DE.  Each and every day, I am reminded of how lucky I am that I get to do this as a career.
