I have been working in the ABA field for just over 3 years now. I started as a registered behavior technician while working on my master’s in ABA. Currently, I am working toward completing my licensure to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I really enjoy working with a wide range of kids from early requesting to social skills groups I love the variety it gives my day. That is one of the best things about this field is that every day is different! I am motivated by the kids we serve. Seeing all the new things our kids accomplish here motivates me the most.
