Professional Experience:
I joined DE’s administrative team as a receptionist upon graduating college, and have now been in my current role in Human Resources for almost 7 years. As an HR professional, I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace environment in which all employees can reach their full potential, while also implementing policies that support and enhance the important work that we do. I strive to foster a culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and that their voice is important and heard. I am grateful to be a part of what DE is doing in and around our community!

Personal Blurb:
After spending some time on the east side and in Kalamazoo, my family moved in 2022 and planted roots here in Grand Rapids. My husband, son, and dog love to explore the city trying new restaurants, walking trails, coffee and ice cream shops, and cheering on our Michigan Wolverines. I personally love all things baking, plants, wellness, getting outside and being active, and spending time with my family. We hope to continue building a community here in Grand Rapids and experiencing all that this special city has to offer!
