Professional Experience:
I have worked as a behavior technician in the field of ABA for 4.5 years. My process in transitioning to a supervisory role is working with technicians to provide the most learning opportunities as naturally as possible. I love learning new approaches to teaching programs and the collaboration between all parties (techs, supervisors, families, etc) to find what works best for different individuals. In this field, I’m motivated by the small steps coming together while working with a child and seeing them gain more control and independence across their lives.
