“The things that make me different are the things that make me me.”- A.A. Mline
Walking alongside someone in their time of need, seeing them find a path for healing, and working towards a resolution is the most rewarding experience in my professional life. Each person faces their own stressors and challenges in different phases of life. How an individual feels and responds is unique to them. I am dedicated to working together to provide a respectful and compassionate counseling process. Empowering individuals to become their best selves, ready to face what life brings them.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family which includes my two dogs. Spending time on Lake Michigan swimming, paddle boarding, or taking in the sunset are things I try to do as much as possible in the summer. I am passionate about all kinds of music and will sing along to every song that comes on the radio. In my opinion the louder you sing the better you sound : ). Exploring new restaurants is something I enjoy and am always looking to try something new on the menu.

For over ten years I have had the honor of working with children in a range of ages through early adulthood, their families, and the school community. Therapy is a journey that is unique for each person. While providing assessment, psychotherapy and consultation I use a variety of resources and techniques that are tailored to the individual. With these techniques we can develop and enhance the skills necessary to progress towards the life you envision.
