Professional Experience:
As a Billing Assistant, I help orchestrate the financial heartbeat of DE. Timeliness and accuracy are my forte—from reviewing session notes to scrubbing and submitting claims. I proactively find solutions to various claim issues and ensure that all billable hours are accounted for. I also assist our Billing Manager with payment posting and revenue reconciliation.

Personal Blurb:
My husband’s name is Jordan, and we have a sweet and energetic son named Malcolm. Our dog’s name is Boris, who we enjoy going on walks and runs with. Our family loves camping up north in Ludington every Labor Day weekend. Throughout the summer, you can find me playing an electric violin in downtown Holland street performers with my band.
