I have been a part of the DE administrative team for almost nine years. Prioritizing client services and enhancing the client/family experience is my top focus in my role as Operations Manager. I am dedicated to creating a culture of continuous improvement with our administrative department to support the important roles of our clinical staff.

With a passion for promoting equity and social justice, I actively strive to create inclusive spaces where diversity thrives, and all voices are heard – for both our families and staff.

Personal Blurb:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters outdoors. Whether it’s a stroll around the neighborhood or a camping trip, I value the rejuvenation that nature provides. I enjoy exploring new ideas and perspectives through books. I’m at my happiest when I can combine the outdoors with a good novel. I am a relentless Spartan fan and spend a lot of time in East Lansing cheering on a variety of sports teams – women’s and men’s basketball, hockey, football, and even the marching band!
