No, not at this time. As we learn more about how we will work together and enhance services, we may make some adjustments. Treatment hours are based on individual needs, and will not change.
Nope! These are always driven by individual needs.
Your treatment team, in coordination with families and caregivers, will make recommendations, just as they do now.
Not immediately. We may need to have new paperwork completed once the integration into Hope Network is complete, so information is properly protected and insurance is billed correctly. We’ll let you know as soon as that happens, if anything is needed from you.
Your authorization will remain the same for now. As the integration continues, we may need to get the authorization transferred. We will reach out to you if anything is needed.
As of October 1st there will be no change. When services are switched over to the Hope Network tax ID there may be some impact to the patients as Hope Network would technically be classified as a new provider for the learner. We do not expect to have any issues with insurance coverage for the learners as we have contracts with most, if not all the same insurance companies. We will work with the insurance companies to transfer over patients to Hope Network, and hopefully avoid the process of all new authorizations and other steps that would typically be needed when switching providers.

For now, all of your child’s information will remain securely kept by DE. As we transition, we will work with you to communicate this transfer. Please know that Hope, of course, follows all applicable laws about privacy and records.

The need for autism and pediatric behavioral health services continues to grow throughout Michigan and across the country. By joining Hope Network, we are strengthening our ability to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychological assessment, counseling, and related services to children and families throughout our community. Just as importantly, this partnership allows us to continue investing in the people, programs, and services that have made DE a trusted provider for nearly two decades.
